As one of the largest private office and commerical properties in Northwestern Switzerland, sitEX Powerhouse offers a unique combination of rental space and service offerings.

As the home to an innovation campus working on solutions of the future, we naturally want to create a sustainable and environmentally-friendly working environment. The building has a 4’000 square metre solar system on the roof. There are also other future projects focused on encouraging more sustainable means of transport e-mobility, car-sharing and e-bikes that are currently lined up for the coming year.

Car / Bicycle

The 5th Floor is located at Hofackerstrasse 40 in Muttenz – right next to the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

Bus, Tram

Bus lines 47 and 63 go to the bus stop "Muttenz, Fachhochschule".

Tram no. 14 takes you to the stop "Muttenz, zum Park". Once you arrive there – The 5th Floor is only a ten minute walk away.


Muttenz station has a constant half hour connection via the S1 to Basel that will take you directly to The 5th Floor.
